How do I Register My Drivers On Service Club for Safety Sessions?
This article walks you through how to register your company as a DSP (Delivery Service Partner) on the Service Club training platform. It covers everything from account setup and driver enrolment to payment, rescheduling, and using training credits.
Registering your company with Service Club is more than just a formality—it’s the gateway to safer fleets, smoother compliance, and a streamlined training experience for your entire driver team.
Whether you’re a newly launched Delivery Service Partner (DSP) or scaling operations across multiple regions, the process is quick, intuitive, and built to fit your workflow.
Here’s how to get started:
Step 1: Head to the Booking Platform
Begin by visiting our training portal:

This is your central hub for DSP safety training. From here, you can view upcoming sessions, register drivers, and track performance.
Step 2: Register Your Company
If this is your first time using the platform, click Register Now. You’ll be prompted to fill in a few essential details:

Address, Country, City, and Postal Code

Set your password
Once submitted, an activation email will be sent to your inbox. Just click the link to confirm your account and you’re good to go.
Already registered? Just hit Login.
Step 3: Explore Sessions by Country
Once logged in, choose your country to view relevant training dates and locations. Use the Explore Classes button to see upcoming sessions tailored to your region.
All Safety Sessions run for 4 hours and are available in multiple formats to suit your team’s needs.
Step 4: Enrol Your Drivers (DAs)
You can enrol drivers one at a time using:

Or save time by using our Mass Import option—upload an Excel file with driver data in the provided format.
Step 5: Secure Your Spot with Payment
To confirm a booking, payment must be completed online. Once submitted:

Each driver will receive an automated confirmation email with training details

You’ll be redirected to a confirmation screen to review your enrolled participants
Step 6: Track Your Drivers in ‘My Drivers’
Your My Drivers dashboard lets you view all active and enrolled drivers, their training statuses, and attendance. You’ll see which classes they’re booked into—and whether they’ve completed them.
This dashboard also tracks any credit balance you hold, which can be used to reschedule missed sessions or apply toward new bookings.
Need to Reschedule? We've Got You
If a driver misses a session, you won’t lose your payment.
Go to My Drivers, click the three dots next to the absent driver’s name, and select Reschedule. You’ll be redirected to a pre-filled form—just hit Pay by Balance, and you’re all set.
Have Unused Credit?
You can use your credit to register another driver.
Just enter the new driver’s details as usual and, on the payment page, select Pay by Balance. No wasted spend, no rework—just flexible credit that works for your schedule.
